He is patrol22 ( http://steamcommunity.com/id/Patrol22 ), banned on first account for scamming and now he uses this acc: http://steamcommunity.com/id/veriol/ . He is banned from steamtrades but still can scam ppl on his clone acc, Vivuel. Btw, next time check on steamrep for profiles before trading keys.
