Is it a non Russian gift? Because Russian and CIS Versions have a region lock and can't be gifted.

If it isn't a RU/CI copy i am interested.

off topic: are you sure the RU version is region locked?

I was curious about that and checked the game app_id on US and RU stores and they seem to have the same id (28832)
