I found it, thanks. I doubt reporting him is any use though, he hasn't been online for 7 months... Still, I'll close this thread and report him. Thanks for the heads up.
In my case it's partially on me though, I didn't check his SteamRep before trading. Heh... Lesson learnt.

Hey, not sure of the rules but I'm almost certain that this violates a few rules... also, you aren't even providing evidence of him being a scammer. For all the people know, you may have just had a disagreement with him (probably not the case).
