If by franchise, you mean the 2 keys you got from Humble Bundle weekly sale, that IS mislabeling! Because Franchise would include dlcs too, which those Humble bundle keys don't! and Nobody, and I mean NOBODY is going to give you 9 keys which almost is worth $20 to you for 2 bundle keys!!
