CREDIT CARD FRAUD, THE CALL OF DUTY GHOST DISAPPEARED FROM LIBRARY

I saw the post of http://steamcommunity.com/id/xd34642346767 this guy here on steam trades. This guy told me that he was giving COD GHOST Gift copy for 14 keys, but his account was new, so It was not a tradable copy until 1st january. It can be only gifted. I saw his profile and comments on steam page plus reps here..It was looking fair. So I told him to go first as he had lower rep. He told me he was recently scammed so he asked me to give 9 keys first then he'd send me a gift of game. After that I should send him remaining keys. I agreed with him and I got the game. But after 1 day, I gifted the game to my brother. Which was removed from his library by steam telling that it was purchased using fake credit card. Now, THis guy isn't accepting my friend request on steam and isn't giving back my 14 keys. THis guy is a damn scammer. Please do something to refund my keys. I am posting the screenshots below.
