PermalinkIt's actually 11% and yes. I'm not in a rush to deplete my wallet, particularly now that my usual supply source has, unfortunately, recently vanished.

New Bundles
Steam wallet funds that I can use to gift you game(s), provided we're in compatible regions (I'm in West EU).
No VAC-enabled games and no people who already got a VAC ban, sorry. I have nothing against you as I couldn't care less about multiplayer, but I don't want to get my Steam account in trouble.
Currently available wallet: 19€
I can do (slightly) more expensive purchases if you want, but the 11% off will only apply to the part that I can cover with my current Steam wallet funds, as I have to complete the rest by paying normally.
So for instance, a bit of math, if you want a 40€ game and I have 30€ of Steam wallet, price would be 36.70€:
PayPal (F&F EU), 11% less than the current Steam store price in my region (euro price), including any current discount (or coupon you may have) of course.
In case you're wondering, the idea for me is just to transfer out some Steam wallet funds that I don't need, at a better rate than buying and selling TF2 keys.
