I know that. But they are correlated. If it's been bundled/cheap, likely more people have it. I know the new Runner cards are running for about 10 to 15 cents. If you think it's a fair deal, please, prove me wrong, maybe I'll accept, but I'm thinking they all run for not even 30 cents each.

Nope, it won't , personal experience, wanted CS GO few months back, it never came up on sale, even in summer sales, it was on sale for like 1 or 2 days, so it won't always be on sale just coz its valve, neither does left 4 dead remain always on sale, nor does half life... :)
