if you want to know how I'm sure , check the java script codes of the us page , and the ru page , you'll find conformable codes which means the only difference between this copy and the us one is the activation only ,
so yeah sure , I warranty you that I'll refund you if that copy comes with ( launch problems , russian language , russian version restriction ) , , and I'm at my word whatever happend ^^

dude , my game is not region locked ( but steam is forcing a cross region trading and gifting restriction on any gift that comes from the russian steam store ) which means you ONLY have to use vpn for one time in order to active GTA V, after this you'll get 100% row copy ,
and btw, you can check the ru page for the javascript code of that game , to make sure that it's the same as the javascript code of the us copy
