Unfortunately, I don't exactly have the credit myself to purchase any of these games. I just had some extra Amazon EC Credit and since credit can't be stacked and there aren't any games below $5, I thought I'd just apply my credit to other people's purchases for them. So in other words, yes, you do need to send the gift card first.
We CAN go through a middleman if you'd like (although I really don't know how that would work), we can discuss this a little bit more.
How can we go through a middleman when you don't have the credit to purchase the games? the middleman will have to give you the gift cards first anyways which is stupid.

The Microsoft Bundle is All steam. You can check the product page to make sure, and it should mention what the DRM is. I believe for the 2K packs there are both steam and non-steam versions.
