Due to a regional restriction on PayPal I can't receive payments as Friends and Family (only Goods and Services available). So, as soon as the fees are standard I will cover them on my side (as soon as it is the standard rate of 5.4 % + 0.30 USD per transaction). This will probably be a good option if you are in the same situation as me and you want CSGO keys for cheap.
