I accept the following for payment: CS:GO Case Keys, eSports Keys and TF2 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys. I also accept Tour of Duty Tickets, Capsule Keys and Sack of Gems, but only when necessary. Half a key is 1 Tour of Duty Ticket, a Capsule Key or 2 Sack of Gems (I will also accept 4 Sack of Gems as 1 key). For verified Paypal you need at least blue flair and the prices are the amount of keys multiplied by $2. And you will have to cover the fees if there are any.
Currently keys bought in-game or on the Steam Community Market will not be tradable for 7 days. You can however get tradable keys for Bitcoin on dispenser.tf. And you can also use OPSkins and marketplace.tf for keys.
Another option is to trade with key traders on /r/steamgameswap, /r/globaloffensivetrade or /r/tf2trade for the keys using PayPal, Bitcoin or some other online payment method. But make sure you trade with reputable traders.
