Good offer, but I've seen some traders offer up to 16 TF2 Keys (~24€) or directly 23$, so I'll pass for now.
Depends on the game and on the price to be honest, but I price them lower then the prices I see in sites, so there isn't much maneuver to be honest.

It was a few days ago but I believe the price dropped recently to 7.5€ or so. It's also not that popular so while it's price is a bit higher it's hard to do something with it, unless you sell it on a site or something. Form what I've been told at least, that is.
Youve got it listed for 10 euros tho. I understand that you wanna profit trading, but won't you want to trade a couple smaller games for 1 larger game of roughly the same sales value?
I haven't updated my listing in a while. It's too much trouble to keep track and update each price. This is my Math: MM is 7.5€ on some sites atm, RE HD is ~5. Not sure if RE will go up eventually but, as MM is not that sought after and kinda hard to sell, most likely I'll end up selling it to a reseller or something for 6€. Taking into acount that I could sell RE for around 4€ or so, there's really nothing I can do between those games because it's only a 2€ difference, and I don't think you'd want a game which is worth around 1€ + RE for your MM. Anything more expensive than 1€ and I'd be making like 0.75€ or so from the trade, which is too low for me to take all the "trouble", to be honest. Sorry for the text wall, didn't really want to say something like "not interested" or along those lines like a dick, without properly explaining my thinking.
