You may find people out there who got it from gamersgate for super cheap and would be willing to let it go for less(If I had gotten them from there I certainly would ask for less) Just gotta keep looking

Some may not want to trade right now because they may not be able to get their keys for them or may be afraid that GG will somehow revoke keys that have been redeemed. Gamersgate is cancelling many of the BL2 error orders and giving out refunds AFIK.
