PermalinkHello! These two games have different SubIDs, so you can add them both to your account.
Premium Edition does not upgrade the base game, as it is a standalone game.

PermalinkI wondered why having a Premium Edition, you are looking for Standard. Now I guess you just need it to your collection. :)
