You can't split the pack. You redeem it and get all the games. That's the way it works.
Alternatively, You could contact Steam Support. I've heard that they've previously helped people with issues such as this.

Basically I have an Assassin's creed pack, but need to split up the games. All games must be the deluxe/gold versions with all dlcs and fully tradable. As a bonus you may keep Assassin's creed 1 Director's cut.
