Sorry, I never do paypal trades. If you can somehow convert that to steamwallet and buy the TF2/Treasure keys from market, I can do it.
Or there are TF2 key traders who accept paypal, you could try them too.

As per title. Price is firm in TF2/Dota 2 keys, add me if you would do that.
Otherwise willing to look at other offers, but keys are priority.
