No matter what the reason, I don't think this is allowed, i don't have the written proof that this is not allowed, but still, from common sense i am saying that.
If you are genuine, the negative reviews will be removed by the community, you don't need to "bribe" people to do it (Yes that is what you are doing, bribing).
I have no intention of altering or intervening your thinking / trade / whatever you call it, Just giving my little opinion, I mean no offense from it.

A guy called ruthford gave me a negative review for not completing a trade, then redeems the game on his alt and says Ive scammed him
