No thanks. Just because I managed it for $0.01 doesn't take away from it normally being $60, even $40.00 through steam now on sale.

I'm sure not everyone got it. I'm sure someone has gotten Borderlands 2 w/ the season pass for $15. It's still fair for someone who missed out on the BestBuy screw up. Sorry about your luck.
I got a spare copy of Borderlands 2 I could trade? I do not have a season pass though..
Backup for the OP: Not many keys actually got sent out, most of the people who said they got keys actually never received a key via email, and instead received cancellation emails many hours later.
Best Buy can't revoke the keys because they didn't distribute them, the code Best Buy sent out had to be entered into the Nvidia promo website to receive a Steam key for Metro: LL in turn. Best Buy never had Steam keys for Metro in the first place. The only time keys have been revoked from a situation like this is when Dirt 3 Steam keys were stolen directly from an AMD server, which was illegal. This is simply Best Buy muffing their promo code distribution but any codes acquired are still legally obtained.
I appreciate it man. I actually "purchased" 50 keys total and only was sent 1 email to redeem the key. The rest went to cancellation of the purchase at around 1:30 am EST. The Steam key is live and the other $0.49 I spent was refunded. There was actually very few people who received more than 1 key so the market isn't severely flooded with them. This is still a AAA title for a fraction of the price regardless of what I originally paid for it. I'm not trying to take advantage of any other users, I just happened to be on at the right time and got pointed in that direction.
The key is still available if anyone else would like to trade. I won't respond until around 7 am EST though. Have a good night guys.
