Hi, I saw your post on Reddit and also here (I think u are the same guy). I find this quite interesting. Comes to my head why not just trade those games you need instead of giving $12 to everyone?
I have never been suscribed to monthly before, and I'm from Europe.

- I don't think anyone would trade Civ VI for anything but cash (or CSGO keys, which are like cash)
- Sorry, European keys for this game are region locked. Maybe some other month...

No, you cannot "just use a VPN" if you could, everybody would do that.
VPN detection technology is much more advanced these days, and Steam knows exactly where you're located.
