And he has scammed, me, and 2 other guys in these forums in the last 2 days.

I think what O3 meant was just because you say you're not a scammer, doesn't mean your not a scammer. Not much vindication esp when trading for something major as Paypal. Also saying that you'll "never" go first isn't a very relieving thing to say when your rep isn't much, as opposed to someone with say years of rep and has solid rep threads. Even people with honest rep and older profiles get hijacked all the time, making rep useless.
This is the internet, people can and will post what they want.
