You can find users by their Steam ID64. E.g. http://www.steamgifts.com/go/user/76561198093913376. Also check SteamRep. You can use an addon like Enhanced Steam to see this information on profile pages.

ive tracked this guy down and have his info and filed something with interpol once i hear back depending what they want to do if anyone wants to supply any and all info pics/logs/etc i will include it
