Get a picture of the ENTIRE chat. Not just 2 or 3 lines. Your photo doesn't prove anything.
That too won't be enough, because that could be an impersonator and copying to pastebin as proof won't be accepted either because people can change the chat.
Do this, you did 1:1 trade on steam right? Check the trade history, show that his profile URL is really his and not an impersonators. Just hover the cursor over the name and take a screenshot of the link to the profile. Next take a screenshot of the whole chat. Post it on steamrep and use the support to make reports here.
I hope you reported that impersonator from "Yugoslavia," the place that hasn't existed for a couple of decades, and not me from South Korea, the place that does continue to exist, if looking around outside my window is to be any guide.

OK, I guess I'm kind of annoyed to be blamed for this, honestly. Yes, it's an impersonator. There are already a few threads about this, and I linked to them on my own thread, and I linked to them on my profile, and I requested in both that people verify that they're actually talking to me (fairly easy to click a mouse a couple of times) and I post here fairly frequently, and, I don't know, but something about scamming people doesn't sit right with me. Probably the part about scamming people. I think that's the part I really don't like. So I'd ask that you remove the negative rep from my profile. As you can see, it's been a spotless trade history, and it will continue to be.
As for solutions to your problem, I'm not sure. It's probably best to chalk it up to a lesson learned, honestly. I used to have a Worms Revolution copy and I'd even send it to you to make up for this (haven't played the series in years anyway) but I already traded it away in a legitimate, not-too-good-to-be-true trade. I actually tried to befriend the impersonator for shits and giggles. Guess they're not all that friendly, since they haven't accepted.

I've never actually been scammed so I don't know about the process, but it seems like people suggest reporting the other person.
yea i haven't been scammed too, i really wanted the other games since i already got the worms, but our deal was the 3 games together, i hope the report i sent will ban your impersonator, thanks anyway for commenting here and trying to help :P
We had a deal that he gives me cs source, sanctum 2 keys, and worms revolutions for my dont starve.
after we traded worms for dont starve (his rep is higher.. so we traded 1:1) and he supposed to give the keys later.
