As i know even if you own old pack valve just replace them with new one without gta 1 + 2 i may be wrong but my friends got old pack in inventory and after gta 1 + 2 was removed they got packs replaced without old gta.

PermalinkI had 2 old Gta Packs 3 weeks ago and they had GTA 1+2 with it, cause their are two different old GTA PAcks, you see it in browser on their id number
