This is what it does.
Guild Wars 2 for pre-purchase. Pre-purchasing any edition of GW2 will give you the chance to play the game early.
Every player who pre-purchases GW2 will get access to every beta weekend from now until launch. They'll also get a three day headstart on the final version of the game. An in-game item called Hero's Band is part of the bonus package as well.

Do you not get that all it is you pay upfront you get the game when its released, the beta and the bonus items
It is not the full game, http://www.guildwars2.com/en/the-game/game-faq/#forty-three on there it says you will get a pre purchased key (what I am selling) first and then you will need to go back to the store and get the retail key for the type of Guild Wars 2 you bought as most store give the pre purchased keys with full game purchases.
