I get a lot of offers from people wanting to pay through Paypal. I'm tired of saying "no thanks, I want item offers only". If someone wants to pay the full price though, I can accept Paypal but only $60. Mind you, you cannot get ALL the preorder bonuses separately. If you sell the TF2 items alone on the market, the first day they become tradable I guarantee you will get more than $20 Steam Wallet back. Industrial revolution (and the pack) is only available through the preorder. XCOM + Bioshock again hold great value. You CANNOT get a tradable standard copy of the game for less than $30, unless you don't mind cd keys and the risk of being scammed.
