Well, assumed that you're offering a cd-key and you're asking almost the double of the price i'm looking at...
I have to say no, sorry.
Reasons :
1- Looking for steam gifts, not cd-keys (as specified).
2- I can buy a steam gift for less, or for the same price if i want to play the game ( 4-packs opening offers).
3- Sorry but i have 80 more feedback than you, i won't go first in any case with such difference (6 feedbacks aren't enough for me, in this case).
