Don't do that. Activating region locked games on your account is not safe for both - purchaser and user. Believe me, I've seen few cases where accounts weer disabled and games removed. Not worth the risk.

Only the Russian version is available in my region, so if I can only buy the Russian version I'll pay the Russian price.
