Given that almost all games we get here are bundled, I don't think this offer is /bad/, but it's definitely up to you if it's worth it. I get that people want to trade AAA for AAA so I don't think you'll accept anyway. Just an offer.
Overgrowth + Nuclear Throne and Human Resource Machine for XCOM 2? I actually want to keep Nuclear Throne, but I want to get rid of Overgrowth more.

Lets put it this way, I definitely respect the offer and generally feel that is fair; however, I also recognize that XCOM is my biggest bargaining chip at the minute. So as nice as it would be to accept a generally pretty bountiful offer such as this, I also recognize that keeping it around gives me an advantage when it comes to getting some of the rarer titles I'm after(e.g. Last I checked literally no one had Fire Pro World and about 2 people had Empyrion).
In other words, not right now but maybe if the bigger games I'm after just turn into a full bore lost cause. Side Note: Your trade is of good value, by the way, so don't worry about that. I do feel that it would be a generally fair trade, just not interested for the time being.

If you bother to subscribe for August and wouldn't mind trading NBA 2K17 for Overgrowth it might be a better trade, but you can always keep a game and see what you can get it for it later. XCOM 2 is probably worth the most from your games so it will probably do you better to save it for a game you'd really want. Rocket League being your second, I think.
You might have to wait for some sales for your top 2 wishlisted titles before you may get an offer, though. I only looked on Steam to see what their sale price went for for and the addon listed Empyrion at $10 during a Steam sale.
