"divide fees" means you dont have to spend 35$*15%=40.25$
it means i agreed to divide those 5.25$

unfortunately paypal work for my country only as pay. receipt/payment not accept. that why i didnt add it in describe.
but you can buy with paypal gifts for a humble subscribe or steam-wallet.
