As the topic said I need to change my steam wallet country to Russia.
Why I want to get this done because I see many games are with cheaper price in steam compared to many other countries.
What you have to do is, log into my account from your computer in Russia and do a small purchase of 0.06$ game from your Russian Paypal or Visa or etc "Not with my wallet money"
