For one, it's somewhat unluckily you'll get Paypal payment, you need alot of Rep to trade even with a middleman, because there can be alot of trouble that can happen if it goes badly on one end.
You might want to consider trading via for Tf2 Manco Keys, it's a common currency, sellable on the steam market, and even sell able to paypal (Once you acquire enough reputation from trading). New Bundles
Hey there! I'm kinda new here, but i don't think it's a big deal.
I live in Russia, and everyone knows how Steam works in here. It's kinda hard times for me, so i'd like to get a few cents from you for my services. I know that there's a few guys doing this thing, but they are into all this TF2 keys/bundles/blahblahblah things. I'm not really monitoring all this crap, so it's straight from Steam Store and you may find a better deal.
