Man thats a dummy acc that he traded you the game from. You can send a ticket to steam and they will ban the dummy acc but, I dont think that they will ban his main. Furthermore they cant and wont reimburse you for the game or give you the game for free. I dont know how paypal works but you could try telling them (paypal) that that transaction was a scam. They probably wont give your money back. Just send all the screenshots you have with the ticket to steam. If they are smart they will see what hes doing and ban all hes accs.

The money is gone for sure, but i've opened tickets on steam support.
Paypal won't do nothing because the money was sent to friends and family,(you can't charge back or dispute with them).
Hopefully one of the accounts gets a trade ban.
well as i said that acc that he gave you the game from is a farm dummy acc only has a few hour on dota and tf2 probably farming itam so hopfully they will ban both acc
Feel bad. Free bump for ya. Yea sadly with friends and family it's a great system for sellers to be able to sell stuff here without the fear of people disputing, but with every good system there are downfalls.
PayPal does not care what goes around, they will not refund or something. How do you know it was paypal and not stolen card used directly or other payment method?
Since you have no proof on this. Only thing you can do, that may take effect -- everyone should report both reseller and seller using "Report Violation" button on their's profiles. If game was in form of gift select "Attempted Trade Scam" and describe that you got from him gift game that was revoked, because you had actual trade operation. If no, you may try to report him for same reason but do not add anything. Most important thing about this kind of reports is count -- more people reported him means more changes for him to get punishment.

Basicly, I've bought The Next Car Game and not even a week later the game got revoked (today).
The game was purchased by paypal...so yeah, steam won't refund me squat, I know.
The revoker here is Robot Muted. But Miguelkill sold me the game.
He doesn't add me back..so I guess refund is out of the question.
I tried to get steamrep on this, but they say he's just a reseller... Yeah, you are resseler, you should be responsible if the game gets revoked or not. I pay you money from my pocket, I expect the game to be working for more than freaking 5 days.
