Rinarin said she will will also suspend users that abuse the rep feature (it's for finished trades only, you can look up her statement in some of the closed GAR trades).
Simply take a screenshot, report him and move on ;)
btw: does the reporting on SG work for you? I'm currently updating a support ticket with all my user reports, because I can't create user reports from the profile anymore ...

What I'm trying to say is, I go to his SG profile http://www.steamgifts.com/user/JustineMoves, click on "Report user", fill out the form, click the "Report User" button, but the report does not show up in my support section.
It did work a few weeks ago, not it does no longer work for me, but I can create support tickets just fine and they show up in the support section.

I have a giant GAR support ticket, containing 9 reports (6 of the users have already been suspended).
This does however not solve my problem that I am no longer able to create user reports from a user's profile ;)
Not to beat a dead horse, but you may want to ask support about no longer being able to create user reports from a user's profile. :P
I already did a few times, but all I ever get is the reply "it should work now" or "it may be related to the SGP addon (I tried to create reports with and w/o Grease Monkey enabled, so it's not SGP).
I also tried with different browsers, no success.
I'm not looking for a solution, all I wanted to know in this thread is, if anyone else does have this problem ;)
