You definitely don't /need/ to use those prices, but they're a fairly rough idea of what they're worth. Good luck :(
Some of them could have easily got you a trade for ASTRONEER or Dishonored 2 on sale if you would have wanted to trade for them, just as example. With the Steam Gifting change policy, I don't know how many could gift it to you honestly, though. Prices seem to be the same for you as in the US, so probably a few countries can do it. I think if the price difference is less than 10%, you can usually gift the game [but it activates in your library now. no more Gifts into Inventory if you're unaware]
