That's so incredibly wrong that I'm shocked you have 84 rep. It's definitely a gray area in the ToS, but in the dozens of trade threads like this, I have NEVER seen a game get revoked (by Valve) and I've never seen a single account closed. Please don't spread flat our wrong information.
