I sold it for more when it was pre-order. I sold the last one for above the Steam price of $59.99 because now it is rare, you CAN NOT buy it for the Steam Store. The CCE pre-order should go for 33 keys or higher.
I don't think you can even get the new basic Payday 2 for less than 12 keys since they made the Russian version region restricted.

Permalinkman u r dreaming :p i can get it easely 19-18 key but i just have 16 or maybe i m on my way to get the 17 th :p
EDIT: the base game is 11 key or less BTW :p
