Is ref the refined metal thing Shadypasha commented about above? I don't really know what that is other than its a TF2 thing.

Some people don't know what it is but it's a currency you probably should know
It's just like money say 1 key is onedollar (it's not) and ref= 10 cents (it's not)
16 ref=1 key and prices of a tf2 key is stable so it would be 16 ref for probably over 2 more months
