Steam is restricting user to trading with Russian user?

are you kidding ? why should steam restrict trading with russians ?

Game prices differ from there and in us people are starting to take advantage of that

Well, thats stupid. how can they forbid ppl from trading with other steam users. I dont care about price differences. if steam is getting butthurt by this then either make a universe steam where prices are all the same on every country. or lower the North American (and others) prices down
