I GOT THIS. You give the middleman the game (Your L.A. Noire). Then Speedy over here gives you the key. You confirm that it's legit, and boom, the middleman gives the game to him. Simple, done. I hear Yatterman's the best btw. Don't trust just anyone. :D
Well, we'd both trade the games/keys to a trusted middleman like Yatterman, in this case I'd give him the e-mail. He'd verify its legitimacy for you. Then he'd give you the key and he'd give me whatever game you were offering. I'm not sure if I'd actually want to do it though, I'm having second thoughts so, I'll think about it. I've heard LA Noire wasn't that fun and I'm more looking for Rayman: Origins/Sonic Generations. Also LA Noire was on sale a bit ago.
Well, I also have a Dirt 3 legit key but also have L.A Noire. I just replied to tell you that with Dirt 3 and some other GFWL games (Games Fo Windows Live) you must have GFWL account in which you fill in a supported country not your original country (Turkey as I saw) Supported countries are only 35 and listed here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Games_for_Windows_%E2%80%93_Live
