For reference against current (at the time of typing this) gray market prices:
Mythargia is worth $3.71 USD
Siralim 3 is worth $5.93 USD
Jusant $1.77
Atlas Fallen $3.96
Darktide $8.53
Remnant 2 $8.45
Jusant would be too little for your value. Atlas is a fairly even trade for Mythargia. Darktide or Remnant 2 would be solid offers for both at 2:1, albeit in favor of the other person. Pretty good picks for you to have made, but unfortunately not to my current preference.
I'm throwing all these numbers out as something to think about :) don't get sharked out of your value! Someone else would come here offering to 1:1 Jusant for Siralim 3 and that's pretty close to a scam if you ask me. Best of luck!

Very fair offer! Just not to my personal preferences is all, I'd like to keep Atlas more than I'd like to acquire Siralim 3 :')
