He said he got a Bastion code, I gave him wonderfull end of the world and nuclear dawn, and he left. His steamprofile was full with +rep.

You have to check his profile, all his reputation, many of them create other accounts just to fake reputation.
Someone these days tried to cheat me too, but I saw that every reputation that he had was from accounts that had no game.
Doing that at least lower the chance to get scam.
