This has scam written all over it. His friends account has no games. Only +rep from his friend. His games are gifts and won't go first when someone with a lot of games and a lot of +rep has a TRADEABLE copy.
His friend adds you to see how the trade is going. I strongly suggest avoiding this unless he goes first.
