If you do not mind me asking, how do you figure out the permitted activation regions for a given game key, especially for games purchased through Humble Bundles and Humble Choice? I am super new to key trading and I do not want to unknowingly offer keys that are region-locked.
For humble: if you haven't revealed the key yet and click on 'gift to a friend' it will give you a popup asking to confirm. If there is any region lock it will tell you. You don't need to actually create a gift link, you can just dismiss the dialog and nothing will happen.
