you're honestly pretty safe if you only add people who comment in your SteamTrades thread, though.. like the rate of being scammed drops to like 1% if I had to say... possibly 0 depending how you justify misunderstandings.

Unfortunately, the key can't be activated in the US. I had a trade with a citizen of US and it didn't work, sorry.
