im not sure but it seems there is atleast for germany. else i would have activated it myself and wouldnt have bought a 2nd copy. So im pretty sure its for NA cause the humble bundle buyer was from NA region as i menthioned before. i wouldnt buy it if your not from NA. i heard from other users which traded the same game from humble with similar problems.
