Yeah, same here, it depends on the account it's activated on, just like any other account that has a one month trade restriction. All but one of my friends got tradeable copies from the keys.

Edit : the keys are region free, not North America, only the giveaway was restricted to NA residents

PermalinkHey, thanks for the info, I've been wondering if the keys were region free, since I'm in NA but most of my steam friends/community are international gamers, this way I can find more people to give the keys to so I can get my tradeables ;)
