Look, you are from Peru so MAYBE you can get a region locked steam gift from Brazil. The game in the Brazilian steam store is around 8-9 keys. Find someone trustworthy who can buy it for you. BUT IT STILL MIGHT NOT WORK BECAUSE STEAM HAS A HORRIBLE GIFTING POLICY!
