They're the keys you use to open crates (valued $2.50 on the valve store or about $2 trading value). Its a good deal you probably won't get much better, since Borderlands GOTY has been on sale for a long time at $7.50 and on other sites for cheaper.

That's pretty good man. GTA 4 I think is probably worth 1-2 keys, but the amazon credit is very nice. Should be able to pick up quite a few games for that during the winter sale.
Make sure you message the guys and get them to leave you rep on your profile page though. Helps in future trades, and if you ever want to trade for codes (like the kind you get off amazon incidentally), you're more likely to do the trade when you have some rep.
