I would be willing to make that trade but when I bought a key it says that it is not trade-able until April 15. I have never done a steam trade before so I'm unfamiliar with how the process works.

Steam Gift can be trade through Trade Window --- (That Steam Gift in trade-able status ofc)
So no one will go first since both party are trade (exchanging) items at the same time
But Bundle Link is website address which is given by copy paste text link address through chat box (So some one have to go first)
