Is that the one where EA bans you from all EA games you own if you don't report a bug in their EULA?

yes it is but really its if you find a game breaking exploit and dont report it in order to harm the game on release then yes they will ban you. its a beta, you are being contracted to play the game early in order for ea to find bugs and hacks before release...

I now have 5 keys for the sim city beta it starts on the 25th of this month.
